Everything you might be wondering
Straight answers on eligibility, prescriptions, privacy, and how plans work.
Who is eligible for care?
Eligibility depends on your age, state, health history, and a licensed provider's judgment. You must be an adult, and care is only available in states where we operate. Not everyone will be a candidate for treatment.
How does provider review work?
A licensed provider reviews your health assessment and, where permitted, may follow up synchronously or asynchronously. Any prescription decision is made by that provider — never by an automated system.
Which states do you serve?
Availability varies by state and by program. We check your state at the very start, so you won't complete a full assessment only to find care isn't offered where you live.
How are prescriptions approved?
Only after a provider evaluates your information and determines treatment is clinically appropriate. If it isn't the right fit, the provider will explain why and, where possible, suggest alternatives.
What are compounded medications?
Compounded medications are prepared by a licensed pharmacy for an identified patient when prescribed. They are not FDA approved, and the FDA does not verify their safety, effectiveness, or quality before marketing. Availability depends on clinical appropriateness, pharmacy capability, and applicable law.
How are medications shipped and handled?
When treatment is prescribed, it's dispensed by a licensed pharmacy. Cold-chain items are packaged appropriately. Specific shipping details are provided after approval.
How do refills and monitoring work?
Where your program includes them, refills are coordinated and monitoring is scheduled based on clinical guidance. Your provider determines the right cadence for you.
Can I cancel, and what about refunds?
You can manage or cancel your plan from your account. Cancellation timing and refund handling — including when a provider does not approve treatment — are governed by our published policies, shown before you pay.
How is my privacy protected?
Health information is handled separately from marketing data, and sensitive details are never sent to advertising platforms. See our Privacy Policy and Notice of Privacy Practices for specifics.
